basic services pricing
Visual Inspection - $ 125.00
This is a visual safety inspection of both the interior of the flue and exterior of the chimney.
Sweep of Open Fireplace - $ 200.00
This is a sweep and visual safety inspection of an open fireplace.
Sweep of Woodstove or Any Other Appliance - $ 250.00
This is a sweep and visual safety inspection of a flue connected to anything other than an open fireplace, including but not limited to, woodstoves, inserts, furnaces, and oil burners.
Dryer Vent Cleaning - $ 175.00 and up
Dryer vent cleaning are dependent upon the exact set up of each home and vent system. Free estimates will be provided if we have not performed this service for you previously.

We are located in Chesterfield, Virginia, but are happy to provide services to any customers in Virginia. Additional travel charges based on distance and drive time may be added to your service cost. We do our best to provide you with that information up front, but please ask when calling to inquire about or make appointments.
